How to expand the capacity of data centers without increasing environmental impact?
Many people still associate data centers with high energy and water consumption. And this made sense in the old models, which used cooling systems with high water consumption.
Today, the reality is different.
According to Fernando Palamone, CEO of RT-One, the new generations of data centers already use advanced closed-loop liquid cooling technologies (Direct-to-Chip), capable of drastically reducing the consumption of natural resources.
The operation is similar to a car's cooling system: the fluid circulates continuously, removes heat from the processors, and returns to the system without waste, making water consumption practically zero.
This demonstrates that the growth of Artificial Intelligence does not need to come at the expense of the environment.
At RT-One, we believe that innovation and sustainability must go hand in hand. Thatâs why we are bringing to Brazil a new model of digital infrastructure, aligned with the best global practices in energy efficiency, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence.
The future of AI depends on robust infrastructure.
And this infrastructure needs to be sustainable.
